Nifty last close: 22643.40 (+1%)

The market bounced back sharply as it erased all the previous session losses
Nifty was rallied and closed above 22600 level
Sensex was up 941.12 points or 1.28 percent at 74,671.28
Nifty was up 223.45 points or 1 percent at 22,643.40
Top gainers on the Nifty were ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, SBI, UltraTech Cement and Axis Bank
While losers were HCLTech, Apollo Hospitals, Bajaj Auto, HDFC Life and LTIMindtree
Nifty Bank posted biggest one-day gain since December 4, 2023
The index gained 2.5 percent and touched fresh record high of 49,473.60
Except for realty and IT, all other sectoral indices ended in the green
Healthcare, metal, power, bank and oil & gas up 0.4-2 percent
Midcap index was up 0.8 percent and the smallcap index ended flat
Nifty Midcap and PSU Bank indices also touched fresh highs
Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) net bought Rs 169.09 crore shares
while domestic institutional investors (DIIs) pumped in Rs 692.05 crore on April 29
US markets rallied on April 29
Dow gained 0.38%, Nasdaq gained 0.35%, and S&P500 added 0.32%
Tesla jumps 15% on positive news from China
Apple rises 2%
US 10-year yield falls near 4.6%
Crude sustains around $88/bbl
Japan’s currency surged as much as 5 yen against the dollar from a fresh 34-year low hit earlier on Monday
Spot gold was down 0.2 percent to $2,333.29 per ounce
Asian markets open higher and Nikkei up more than 1%

Nifty is facing a intraday resistance 22680 and 22700
If stays above 22700 will try to move 22775

On other side, Nifty considering a supports 22600 and 22575
Below 22575 finding a next support around 22520

Broader indices continued to outperform the main indices in the week ended April 26
On last week, Sensex gained 641.83 points or 0.87 percent to end at 73,730.16
while Nifty50 index finished at 22,420, rising 273 points or 1.23 percent
Small-cap and mid-cap surging 4 percent each and the Large-cap index rising 1.5 percent
However, Nifty Midcap 100 index gained 4 percent to touch fresh all-time high
All the sectoral indices ended in the green
PSU Bank index surging 6.4 percent, Nifty Realty climbing 4.6 percent
Nifty Metal index rising 3.5 percent and Nifty Pharma jumping 3 percent
During the week, Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) sold equities worth Rs 14,703.72 crore
Domestic Institutional Investors (DII) bought equities worth Rs 20,796.16 crore
However, for the month till date, FIIs sold equities worth Rs 36,933.21 crore
DIIs purchased equities worth Rs 42,065.12 crore
Maruti Suzuki India, on Friday reported a 48 percent rise in its net profit to Rs 3,878 crore
HCL Technologies (HCLTech) on April 26 reported net profit of Rs 3,986 crore in Q4FY24
ICICI Bank on April 27 reported a net profit of Rs 10,707 crore for the January-March quarter of the financial year 2023-24
Yes Bank on April 27 reported a net profit of Rs 451 crore which marks a 123 percent
US markets ended higher on April 26
Dow gained 0.4%, Nasdaq rallied 2% and S&P500 added 1%
Alphabet rises 10% and Microsoft rallied 2%
Mcdoald, Coco-cola, Apple and Amazon to report earnings this week
US 10-year yield fall to 4.66%
Crude sustains $88/bbl
Gold prices decline to $2329/oz
Japanese Yen weakness to 160/$ for the first time since 1990
Asian markets were set to higher on early trade
Nikkei is shut today and Hangseng up 0.5%
