The brutal killing of LTTE chief Velupillai Prabhakaran’s twelve year old son Balachandran Prabhakaran shows the ugly face of the Sri Lankan Army. Now it has come to light that the island has not only violated the international rules and regulations but has also behaved the worst than an animal by losing the attitude of humankind.
The man whose bullets pitched the warm and spongy chest of a lad cannot be a normal person. Can anyone with tinge of humanness gun down a child? The photograph of the boy eating snacks without realizing the fact that he is going to be gunned down in a shortwhile often comes to my heart. How ruthless would have been the man who thought to point his gun towards the young child?
Killing a young lad is nothing more than an act of cowardice. I would like to cry for this anti-human attitude. It is indeed difficult to imagine the pain and suffering the young boy would have undergone. The innocence of the boy eating snacks before being shot down would have moved many warm hearted into tears. I can only say may the young one’s soul rest in peace.
Those responsible for the killing should be tried in the international court.The Lankans ought to offer an answer to the world. It is extremely shocking that those ruthless creatures who behaved worse than animals by killing a lad of twelve years are bestowed with a red carpet welcome in our country.
I am sorry to say but still am forced to say that there will be no country as shameful as India if it repeats the same by honouring the enemies. It is time India pressures Sri Lanka to explain its stand on killing Balachandran Prabhakaran. Killing a child just because he is the son of Prabhakaran is highly condemnable. It is time India acts.
