The equity benchmarks the Sensex and the Nifty ended February 8 sharply lower
The Nifty was opened around 22000 then fell sharply up to 21650
Finally, Nifty closed 212.55 points or 0.97 percent lower at 21,717.95
The Sensex closed 723.57 points or 1 percent down at 71,428.43
Sectoral matrix was mixed. Nifty Private Bank was the biggest loser, down 2.59 percent
Nifty FMCG was dragged a little over 2 percent thanks to selling in ITC
Nifty Financial Services and Nifty Auto were also big losers of the day
PSU Bank was the biggest gainer, up 2 percent while Nifty Media followed with gains of about 2 percent
Nifty Oil & Gas also added about a percent.
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) kept the key policy rates unchanged

Nifty is facing a intraday resistance 21780 and 21820
If stays above 21820 will try to move 21880
On other side, Nifty can be considered as supports 21650 and 21610
Below 21610 finding a next support around 21540
