During the last week, BSE Sensex fell 350.77 points or 0.43 percent to end at 80,981.95
while the Nifty50 index lost 117.15 points or 0.47 percent to close at 24,717.70
On July 26, the Nifty50 index touched a fresh record high of 25,078.30
while BSE Sensex hit a new high of 82,129.49, on August 1
However, broader indices outperformed with BSE Smallcap index rising 0.6 percent
Largecap index falling 0.27, and while BSE Midcap index ending on a flat note
Among sectors, Nifty IT and Realty are down 3 percent each, the Nifty Auto index shed 2 percent
Nifty PSU Bank and Metal indices are down 1 percent each
FIIs extended their selling this week as they sold equities worth Rs 12,756.26 crore
DII compensated as they bought equities worth Rs 17,226.06 crore
US markets seen sharp selling pressure on Aug 2
Dow down 1.5%, Nasdaq fell 2.43% and S&P500 declined 1.85%
US VIX up 25% to 23.50
Nasdaq index fell 10% from all time high
S&P500 fell 6% from all time high
Apple in focus after Berkshire Hathaway halves its stake in company
Amazon seen biggest drop in over 2 years falling below 200 DMA down 9%
US 10-year yield remains below 4%
Crude falls more than 3% and Brent falls near $75/bbl
Gold prices fall below $2450/oz
Bitcoin sinks to a one month-low
Asian markets trade sharply lower
Nikkei down around 6% and Hangseng down 1%

GiftNifty indicates a gap down opening for the index
Nifty this week trend decider 24400 and 25000
Today Nifty is facing a intraday resistance 24750 and 24800
If stays above 24800 will try to move 23880

On flip side, Nifty considering a support 24650 and 24600
Below 24600 finding a next support around 24500 and 24400
